Susan Dolinar (and co-owner, Blair) come from a rich culinary background including certificates from L'Academie de Cuisine, scientific education and gourmet restaurant experience. Blair has years of experience working in the food science industry as a chemical engineer, giving him the understanding of how all food components work together and why certain ingredients have certain reactions. Susan has studied at various culinary programs and has expert training in baking including French pastry. Since starting Nibblins, Susan has perfected recipes for low-carb treats such as handmade fudge, cheescake and moon pies.
Shanna received her culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu. She then went on to work as a sous pastry chef at 1789 Restaurant in Georgetown. She has also worked and studied under Chef Wolfgang, Global Master Chef, at the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown , WV. In addition to sharing her culinary expertise at Nibblins, but she’s the pastry chef at eM Restaurant in Winchester, VA. She is married to a savory chef. They have one little girl and are currently expecting a little boy.
