When registering for a class, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information. For safety reasons, all class participants must wear closed-toe shoes. For classes involving hands-on cooking, long hair must be tied back. We provide aprons, pens, and recipe books for use during class, though you are welcome to bring your own apron and take photographs if you wish.

Class cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the class start time to receive a class credit for future use. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled class time are not eligible for credit. If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to send another person in your place. Refunds are issued only as class credits, which must be manually applied to future purchases during checkout. Credits will not automatically deduct from your shopping cart total.

Nibblins reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class for any reason, including but not limited to instructor illness, low enrollment, or inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email, social media, or phone. If a class is canceled by Nibblins, you will receive a full class credit to use toward a future course.

While classes are typically designed with age guidelines, Nibblins welcomes younger participants when appropriate. If you would like to request that a child under the stated age attend, please contact us directly. Approval will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of class, the menu, the instructor’s preference, and the time of day.

All sales of edible products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on consumable goods. Non-edible merchandise may be exchanged for store credit only within 30 days of purchase if returned in unused, original condition with a valid receipt. No cash refunds are provided for merchandise.

Our rewards club is optional and subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Points accrued in the rewards club have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for currency.

Items listed online may not reflect current in-store availability or pricing. We do not guarantee item availability unless confirmed during an in-store purchase or reservation.

We make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies when notified ahead of time. However, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, and we are not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary concerns arising from participation in classes or consumption of products.

This website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13 without the direct involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have appropriate supervision.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of your use of this website or participation in our services will be resolved under Virginia law.
