Classes

HANDS ON

Step in and start cooking! In our hands-on classes, you'll work alongside fellow students to create menu items, learning techniques as you go. Some basic prep may be done before class, but the focus is on collaborative cooking and delicious fun.

**For your safety, please wear flat, closed-toe shoes.**

DEMONSTRATIONS

Whether you want to jump in and cook or simply sit back and enjoy the show, we offer both interactive and demonstration-style classes. In our interactive demos, you can cook alongside our chefs—or just watch and mingle with a glass of wine or beer. Prefer to relax? Our traditional demonstrations let you watch as our chefs prepare delicious dishes, share pro tips, and, of course, offer plenty of tastings.

SKILLS BUILDING

For serious chefs, these classes offer hands-on practice with specific skills. Our instructors demonstrate professional techniques and coach your abilities to the next level. We’ve specially designed the menus to help you work on each skill.

PRIVATE EVENTS & PARTIES

Looking for a fun, unique experience for your family, friends, employees or clients? Treat your group to a customized cooking class. With our extensive library of recipes and expert instructors, you can adjust menus and select the options that’ll create an unforgettable event.

"HEIR AND A PARENT"

Make memories for you and your kids with our family classes. Junior chefs aged 6-12 team with parents to create their own culinary masterpieces. Kids learn basic cooking skills, and everyone gets to enjoy the delectable dishes.

** If you need information about our classes or have questions, please contact us. Courses without the minimum number of students may be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours before class time.

KNIFE SHARPENING

Keep your knives in top shape! Our expert sharpens blades onsite — we never send them out.
Pricing:

Under 5 inches: $4.00
5 to 8 inches: $5.00
9 inches or more: $6.00

Prices apply to knives in normal condition (small chips okay). Add $2–$5 for severe chips, broken tips, or blades worn out of shape. We cannot repair handles. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
