Raspberry Salsa Layered Dip
1 can Black Beans, drained
8 ounces Cream cheese, cut thin
1 small red onion, chopped
1-10.5 ounce jar Robert Rothschild Raspberry Salsa*
8 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 325°. In an oven safe casserole, quiche dish or pie plate, layer ingredients as listed above starting with the black beans. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
* You may use any of the Robert Robert Rothschild salsas in this recipe.
