Chicken Rolls with Praline Sauce
4 skinned chicken breasts
Garlic Powder
4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
4 slices Canadian Bacon
¼ pound (1 stick) butter
½ cup Savannah Praline Mix
Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place one slice cheese and one slice bacon on each breast. Roll chicken and secure with toothpicks. Place in shallow baking dish. In small saucepan melt butter with Praline mix. Simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes, pour over chicken and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Terrific Whipped Topping
Simply Blend 4 – 5 tablespoons of your favorite Savannah Mix into an 8-ounce carton of thawed Cool Whip. Use as an easy party dip with cookies, fruit, and pound cake chunks, etc.
Dollop on cobblers, pies, fresh fruit, flavored hot chocolate and coffee.
