With 7 years of Executive Chef experience Chef Chandler has had such accomplishments as, Keany Produce Chef of the Month March 2011, Sodexo Culinarian of the Year Nominee, American Culinary Foundation Gold Medalist 2009 Howard University Competition and has been featured in The Washington Post, The Winchester Star and Kalamazoo Gazette. Joshua is currently the Chef at Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury and has previously held the Executive Chef position at The Fetzer Center of Western Michigan University and Executive Sous Chef of The Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites Kalamazoo Michigan.
Chef Chandler began cooking as a young child with his Great Grandmother and found a great passion for food.

Becky McGraw - BeckaBoo's Cakes After creating cakes for family and friends, Becky started her home-based bakery, BeckaBoo's Cakes in 2010. BeckaBoo's specializes in custom created cakes, cupcakes and cake pops. Tona Bays, Mackintosh Fruit Farm, was a chef on PRIVATE yachts for 15 years. Taking the opportunity to learn from every port of call. While in St. Thomas, Tona won a cooklng competiotion which entitled her to a week at the Culinary Institute of America and a season as Sous Chef in the one of the best French restaurants for a season. She has worked in kitchens all over Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, Mexico and Alaska. This is her fourth season as chef at Mackintosh Fruit Farm in Berryville, VA.
Executive Chef—West Virginia University Hospitals East. He has been in the hospitality industry for 25 years. He has been in every position from Dishwasher, Waiter, Bartender, Restaurant Manager, Line Cook to Executive Chef. Chef Roberts has worked in casual restaurants, all the way up to 5 Diamond Hotels/Resorts. He resides in Stephenson VA with wife Alia and three children. His favorite cuisine is rustic French.
