No Blackberry-Blackberry Cobbler

  • 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup Savannah Blackberry Mix
  • One box dry yellow cake mix
  • ¼ pound (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped

Pour crushed pineapple into a greased 13”x9”x2” baking dish. Pour blackberry mix over pineapple. Spread the dry cake mix evenly over pineapple/blackberry mixture. Drizzle butter over top of cake mix. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes until browned on top. Serve with Terrific Whipped Topping. If you don’t mind the seeds you can add a package of frozen blackberries to the pineapple.
